Vision, Strategy and Business Plan Formation
A ‘vision’ is a clear, detailed picture of the future. It is not merely a leader's vision alone, but one of the whole organisation.
Arriving at the ‘vision’ requires clear business plans and a concrete strategy to be formulated. The plans need to be laid out collectively by the team, with passion and energy. When people let go of their workplace grievances and decide what they want, together, the organisation is then capable of achieving that vision.
Key objectives of the programme:
  • To generate and explore new ideas aimed at creating a business plan

  • Enabling team members to develop an macro perspective of the organisation in creating the business plan

  • To aid team members in experiencing shared leadership and self-management

  • To discover common agendas and shared ideals within the team

  • Encouraging individuals to voluntarily commit to an ideology/proposition based on a common understanding, rather than force

  • Guiding individuals to accept polarities and differences within the organisation
Life Skills Coaching
Life Skills Coaching is an exciting, stimulating journey of self-discovery, self-management and development. The program shows participants how to develop their own potential in order to achieve set goals. It can open up new opportunities for professional - as well personal – achievement and fulfilment.
Key objectives of the programme:
  • To enhance an individual’s interpersonal skills in the work place

  • To aid in interpersonal problem solving – e.g dealing with ‘difficult’ colleagues

  • To develop individual leadership skills

  • To guide in motivated goal-setting

  • To support and accelerate personal development

  • To alter employee attitudes, leading to increased job satisfaction

  • Aiding individuals to cope with high pressure and stress
Facilitating Organisational Change
People will resist change, even if they are unhappy with the status quo, unless they believe that the potential benefits of change are attractive. Organisational change is only possible when every individual and business unit is accepting of this change.
Without effective communication, an organisation cannot hope to achieve a seamless transformation.
Key objectives of the programme:
  • To qualitatively assess the organisation in its current state and to evaluate the competencies required to achieve a seamless transition

  • To facilitate effective communication across the organisation with regards to the change

  • To help focus all employee efforts towards the change

  • Facilitating interventions - at both individual and group levels - in order to implement and sustain the change
Culture Mapping Exercise

A successful corporation is built on a strong value system. The sustainability of a corporation depends on how well the values get translated into culture and is visible to all employees.

As organisations expand their global presence and shift from international to transnational mode of operations, they face several challenges. Most importantly, they face the challenge of sustaining their culture and make this culture as the means to promote commonalities and bridge the differences among diverse employees. It is important to reassess what is being propagated as a culture and to understand what can be done better. This will go a long way to ensure that all employees understand the way the organisation lives its life.
